I really enjoyed this class, its a series of floor exercises focussing on strengthening and controlling the core muscles. It’s starts with simple exercises targeting the lower abdominals and then progresses to include the upper abs, sides and back. The combination and progression of the exercises mean you don’t build up tension, which is something I struggle with, so this was really great! I feel like my posture has improved just after one class and I’m looking forward to increasing my strength in these areas.
