It was a lovely workout for the morning, leaving me feel more energised. I will try and do this class again, even for a regular Monday morning!

Brilliant way to start the week. Great trainer who went through all part of the body getting us to move them, then gentle strength exercises to get large muscle groups working and frown a little bit of cardio to get the blood moving and finally a lovely stretch. Definitely felt prepared for the day after this quick half hour :)

Love this class! It’s a mixture of floor exercises and cardio, I find it’s a great way to start the week and definitely wakes you up on a Monday morning!
