Fabulous class. Really great strengthening exercises with multiple levels so you can choose where to start I’ve not long since had a baby so this class is definitely key to me getting my abs working again!

The exercises in this class are really specific, I have seen gradual improvement in range of movement and strength since starting these exercises and posture is better.

This is a great floor-based conditioning class with elements of floor barre suitable for any level. Daniel guides us really specifically and clearly, and his eagle eye corrects any potentially unsafe or incorrect alignment. Targets really specific muscles and leaves you feeling relaxed. I really enjoy this class.
